Miniature Hereford Junior Nationals Set Up At County Fairgrounds The week progressed with the youth entering the arena on Wednesday to show their cattle in a casual setting before they entered the cattle shows on Thursday and Friday. With an intense schedule of competitions and educational seminars, Whiley said the event brought a lot participation from kids and parents, as well as learning experiences. “It has been a lot of fun to watch kids start out nervous about trying new things and then seeing the barriers come down, they start having fun, and sometimes even walk away with a banner,” he said. |
